My 12 yr old daughter saved all her birthday money to get her new ipod touch fixed. Her screen was cracked but the function of the ipod was in perfect order.
After 160.00 dollars and 2 months of waiting, My daughter finally received an ipod touch with a new screen on it, but the ipod does not work now". Rene tells me I must have dropped it or something and she can not fix it/. The Ipod was never broken, just a cracked screen?. I never dropped it as she accused me of|.
Now my daughter has been taken advantage of, has lost all her money and is out a 4th generation ipod touch:. Apple will not touch it now because it has been tampered with".
By the way, I work with her so if she will do this to me, she will definitely take you for a ride!. I would not suggest this company;. I give them 0 stars.
